All services are billed at a rate of $250 per hour. Time begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the final drop off. Minimum hours may apply depending on date, time, and event type.
A security deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the security deposit has been received. The security deposit helps protect against damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, or any other violations.
Superior Vibes ATL offers 24/7 Online Booking. Availability is first come, first served and subject to confirmation. Online booking is the fastest way to secure your reservation.
Cancellation and change policies vary based on notice given and event type. Last minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Changes to pickup time, route, or duration are subject to availability.
All bookings with Superior Vibes ATL are subject to our refund policy. A security deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Refund eligibility depends on notice provided and booking circumstances.
Refunds, if applicable, do not include time already rendered, last minute cancellations, or violations of company policies. Processing times may vary depending on payment method.
A no show occurs when the customer or party is not present at the scheduled pickup location within a reasonable waiting period and without prior communication.
In the event of a no show, the reservation may be canceled and the security deposit will be forfeited. Additional charges may apply based on reserved time and availability.
Any time exceeding the scheduled reservation will be billed at the standard rate of $250/hr, charged in applicable increments. Overtime is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Passengers are responsible for their conduct while onboard. Damages, excessive mess, or unsafe behavior may result in additional charges. The driver reserves the right to end service if safety is compromised.
Passengers are responsible for maintaining the condition of the vehicle during their reservation. Any damage to the vehicle, interior, equipment, or amenities may result in additional charges.
Excessive mess, spills, stains, bodily fluids, broken items, or damage beyond normal use may require professional cleaning or repairs. Security Deposit Required bookings may be applied toward these costs if necessary.
Superior Vibes ATL reserves the right to assess damages and cleaning needs after service completion. Additional charges may be applied based on the extent of cleaning, repair, or replacement required.
Damage and cleaning assessments are documented and determined after service completion.
Superior Vibes ATL serves Atlanta and surrounding counties. Extended travel may require additional time or mileage considerations.
